Shipping

Free shipping on U.S. orders of $49 or more. Under $49, shipping is a flat $6.95 anywhere in the United States. Two bags will usually get you over the line.

Every order is roasted and ground after you place it, so there's a short window before it leaves. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days, and most U.S. addresses see delivery within 3–7 business days after that. You'll get tracking by email the moment your order is on its way.

We ship internationally as well. International rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary by destination and customs.

Returns and problems

Coffee is a food product, so we can't resell a bag once it's been opened — but that doesn't mean you're stuck with it.

If something is wrong, we make it right. Damaged in transit, wrong item, never arrived, or the coffee simply isn't what you expected — email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it. You won't be asked to ship anything back.

Unopened bags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Wrong grind or size? Tell us before it ships and we'll change it at no cost. After it ships, see above — we'll still take care of you.
