Bali Blue

Dark chocolate, molasses, brown sugar.

Grown by smallholder farmers in Kintamani, on the volcanic slopes of Bali, between 1,200 and 1,600 meters. Hand picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds — the process that gives Indonesian coffee its weight. Roasted medium-dark, which is where this one wants to be.

Heavy, sweet, and low. A cup with some gravity to it.
