A medium roast built to sit in cold water for twelve hours — smooth chocolate and toffee with a floral note that survives the long steep. Order it in the Coarse grind and it's ready for a cold brew rig or a mason jar with no further thought required.

Also runs well on nitro if you've got the setup.
