Antigua Guatemala, grown by smallholders between 1,200 and 1,600 meters in volcanic loam — the valley sits between three volcanoes, which is not a marketing line, it's why the soil does what it does. Fully washed and sun dried.

Chocolate and butterscotch up front, a bright fruit note underneath keeping it from going heavy. One of the most food-friendly coffees in the lineup.
