A slow-roasted blend of specialty grade arabica and robusta, taken as far as we take anything. The robusta is deliberate — it's what gives this the crema and the punch that a pure arabica dark roast can't manage.

Built for espresso. Fine in a drip pot if you like your mornings serious.
