Matcha

Stone ground, for the ritual.

A refined matcha with a long finish, ground for traditional preparation — whisked with water just off the boil, no milk required. It'll make a latte perfectly well, but it doesn't need to hide behind one.

If your morning is a sequence you do the same way every day, this belongs in it.
