Chocolate, cinnamon, green apple.

Grown in Chiapas and Oaxaca between 900 and 1,000 meters — lower ground than most of our single origins, which is why it drinks softer and rounder. Fully washed and sun dried.

The cinnamon note isn't added. It's just what this coffee does, and it's the reason this one goes down easy with anybody who thinks they don't like single origin coffee.
