Peru Decaf

Decaf that still tastes like coffee.

The same Peruvian single origin as our regular Peru — same growers, same highlands, 1,100 to 1,700 meters — decaffeinated with the Swiss Water Process, which uses water and carbon filtration rather than chemical solvents. It's the expensive way to do it and it's the only way that leaves the coffee intact.

Caramel, smooth, a citrus lift on the finish. Drink it at nine at night and sleep fine.
