Thirty days in a bourbon barrel before it ever sees a roaster.

Single origin Guatemalan green coffee, rested in a used bourbon barrel for a month so the wood and what soaked into it work their way into the bean. Then roasted to order, like everything else here.

What you get is heavier and sweeter than the Guatemalan it started as — oak, vanilla, a warmth on the finish that reads as whiskey without any alcohol being involved. There isn't any. It's coffee.
